Simpsons Tapped Out Summary

The Simpsons Tapped Outside has only been out for a few months and it has developed quite the following. If you would rather watch than read, the video is posted at the bottom.

The Simpsons Tapped Outside Game Play
The Simpsons Tapped out is a surprisingly easy game to playwith. It falls into the genre of a construction simulation game. Much like Sim City, gamers will rebuild the town of Springfield after Homer finally screws up in the power plant poor enough to blow off the entire town. Together with the rebuilding, there’s a story line underneath where Homer has to find his fellow Springfield residents and his family. So between both of those, there’s always some thing to do.

Game play itself is pretty straightforward. In the bottom right hand corner there’s the build menu that you use to add new buildings and decorations around the town. Alongside it is your transfer tool where you are able to transfer things. Lastly is an option to visit the alternate reality Springfield, which you can do once a day to receive a little extra expertise and cash. There is also a star rating that helps you determine what you want to build.

The tutorial is pretty long and is slow going, but once you get passed it you have full control on what goes on and what’s built. Soon you have a bustling city of people to control and more things to build.

It is definitely a great deal of fun and can be addictive.

The Simpsons Tapped Out Graphics
There is not much to mention in this field. The Simpsons Tapped Out game gets the exact same look as the TV series. Not the old standard definition series, but the newer, HD ones or even the movie. Everything is clear and crisp and all of the characters and buildings are true to the layouts of the series itself.

One thing that struck us as pretty awesome is the entire cast is due to their original voice actors. Thus no cheap imitations or replicated catch phrases from the series. Each personality has a short collection of special phrases they will say when you make them do things. This helps gamers further benefit from the expertise of The Simpsons Tapped Out.

Considering that the graphics look exactly like the series, we couldn’t imagine them doing much better in this area than they have.

This is where the game definitely doesn’t shine. It is intended to be an never ending game, so there isn’t any motivation to go back to the beginning and play it. It’s possible to move, build, tear down, and rebuild anything at will thus there’s no chance of messing up something bad enough to begin over. In addition, even if there are not any buildings, there are characters to control that generate money and expertise, and that means you’re never without a way to make money. The game is progressing forward.

Given that the game doesn’t really end and we can not imagine anyone trying to begin after they’ve gotten far enough in the game, we decided replay value with this game was very low.

The Simpsons Tapped Out Overall Value
The bottom line is that this game has a great deal of content, a great deal of stuff to do, and is a great deal of fun. Rebuilding Springfield is a intriguing take on a Simpsons game and allows the gamer take charge of the most popular animated city in cartoon history. Who would not place Moe’s Tavern right alongside the Simpsons’ house with all the Kwik-E-Mart on the other side? The customization of the town and the travel to get there is definitely enough to keep gamers immersed for awhile.

Add to that the fact the game looks to be an episode of the Simpsons with the entire cast having their original voices and it’s an entire Simpsons experience. If you’re a fan of the series, then it’s definitely a must get game. Even if you’re only a fan of building simulations or just like Android games, we imagine that most would enjoy the game itself.

Something that is interesting about it is each time you start the game, it will sync up to its servers and download fresh content if it’s accessible. From the Google Play Store description, it says that it will download up to 175MB on its very first load. So we imagine the developers plan on adding more information as time goes and gamers will get it if their game syncs into the servers.

When you add all of the content with the full Simpsons experience and variable in the game is free, that makes The Simpsons Tapped Outside an awesome game for anyone. If it appears up your alley, you can find simpsons tapped out hack – ideal.
