Edit: NEW version https://www.precarity-map.net/www.youtube.com/watch?v=GBUu-mFFoKc
We came up together with a new rail as well as carpet duper for 1.13.1. The carpet duper is locational but works superior in some areas. The rail duper is non-locational so it works anywhere you put it if you use the right timing. Thanks to Acheron for rail duper, you’ll be able to take a look at his channel: https://www.precarity-map.net/www.youtube.com/channel/UCF40WaPupSA7KySdSwfm-2A

Confirmed working in 1.15, 1.15.1, as well as 1.15.2, as well as newest 1.16 snapshots (up through 20w21a)(updated 5/23/20).
COMMON PROBLEMS & FIXES:
1. Running the machine as well as then unloading the area where it is built has shown to break the observers (a common observer problem not unique to together with the build). Easiest fix is to just break the observers as well as replace them, which have fix it. Then, make sure you turn the machine off in front of leaving to keep it from happening.
2. Building it in an area together with heavy redstone or an area that’s already experiencing tick delay or lag as a result of different issues. This machine, as built, can be kind of hard on a slower server or single player world; if you build it where there are already problems, together with the machine could make them worse. I recommend building it an area where there aren’t a lot of different redstone machines currently working, or in areas together with heavy hoppers.
This tutorial is for a Rail Duplicator design to work on Minecraft 1.15. It will even work on 1.14. It WILL NOT work on Bedrock editions (still useing to discover a way!)

“Little” One : 8 rails per sec, 480 rails per min, 28,800 rails per hour
“Big” One : 24 rails per sec, 1440 rails per min, 86,400 rails per hour
With the 1.15 Buzzy Bees update to Minecraft, the introduction of honey blocks has added a TON of incredible potential to the online game. However, Rail Duplicators aren’t necessarily impacted (dang it).
However, my 1.13/1.14 duplicator is now a bit of a liability. It can break rails as well as duplicate them; it all depends on timing.
So, back to the drawing board! We broke out the old slime block version as well as tried a number of different timers until we found one which works consistently.
I show you a quick, small version which can be simply built anywhere, as well as then a additional “permanent” three-channel version. This 1.15 rail duplicator can be enlargeed (or shrank) to supply whatever volume of rails you may want.
Block list (short as it is…)
The “Little” One:
– 1 solid block, any kind
– 3 Observers
– 7 Sticky Blocks
– 1 Sticky Piston
– 1 Lever
– 4 Rails (any kind, whichever you wish to dup)
The “Big” One:
– 1 Stack (64) Solid Blocks (will want less, just a few extra for building)
– 5 Observers
– 21 Sticky Blocks
– 3 Sticky Pistons
– 1 Lever
– 3 Redstone Dust
– 26 Hoppers
– 15 Hopper Minecarts (For total of 42 Hoppers)
– 2 Chests (recommend additional together with some additional hoppers if you’re going to let together with the run for a while)
– 1 Stack (64) Glazed Terracotta (or different immovable block, like Obsidian)
